Wildlife in the Thar Desert – Part II

This peacock is mammoth! Must be 12-15 feet in width! It’s the emperor of peacocks, you can tell because it dwells in this bush near a watering hole… prime real estate in peacock country! Peacocks open their feathers to attract mates. This happens only during the monsoon months. I was at the right place at the right time, I guess.
