TEAPOT on Petercelli Street in Fort Cochin serves fantastic tea, coffee, juices and snacks. I’d frequent it for breakfast and high tea during the week I’d spent there in the last week of March. The Pineapple Juice and Chicken Cheese Omelette are fantastic.
What do I do when I’m not in Kerala for breakfast? I make my own Doughnuts! Don’t you just love Doughnuts? Actually, they’re a lot simpler to prepare that you’d imagine. Give it a go!

Oh, I like this shot very much! It has just the right air of mystery about it! Are they have a clandestine meeting, plotting out spy shenanigans? Having a good gossip? Making surreptitious plans to run away together? Or are they not together at all, but rather both engrossed in their concerns?
It’s funny, because without the explanation, I honestly would not have realized it is the picture of the interior of a restaurant. I do love a picture that can tell a story.
It’s my first time here, and looking down your blog posts, it looks as if you take many a picture that suggests a story. How wonderful, and what a gift.

It is a very spacious and comfortable place. Quiet and uncluttered.
There are nowhere near enough tea shops in the US. 😦 I need to move where there are tea shops. Tea is so very civilized.

They do have a balcony, but its not in use. It does have a mezzanine. High ceilings everywhere. And plenty of antique metallic and porcelain teapots!

Yes, I still use black & white film. Whilst I shall continue to use 120mm film, I am contemplating giving up the use of 35mm film. I shall experiment with ‘Digital Monochrome’ through the coming months.
